Rates:

1) Rates quoted above are based on the period and number of pax provided and may differ if there are any changes or amendments.

2) This quotation is not valid for other individual or group bookings.

Check-In / Check-Out Remark:

1) Check-in time is 3.00pm and check-out time is 12.00pm.

2) Should arrivals before 3.00pm be required, it will only be allocated / confirmed upon availability.

3) For guaranteed room availability prior 3.00pm, the room must be pre-registered from the previous day at full night’s room rate.

4) All room reservations will be guaranteed till 6.00pm daily. Should you and your group like us to hold the room reservation for late arrival, kindly fill in and provide us the Guest Authorisation Form and the estimated arrival time of the guests or delegates.

5) Late check-out (till 6.00pm) is subject to availability and chargeable at 50% of the room rate. 100% of the room rate will apply if check-out is done after 6.00pm.

6) A penalty of RM20.00nett will be charged for any missing or non-returned of room’s key card upon check out.

Early Departure / No Show:

In the event of unfulfilled room nights (entire duration of stay) after confirmation of room reservation, the full day room rate of the unfulfilled room nights will be charged as an Early Departure / No Show fee.

Rooming List:

A confirmed detailed group rooming list must be submitted to the undersigned sales personnel at least seven (7) days prior to the group’s scheduled arrival date to quicken the check-in process as well as confirming the delegated room type to each respective guests or delegates.

Payment:

Upon your confirmation a deposit equivalent 50% of the total amount is to be paid unless otherwise agreed to be waived by the Hotel, in which a Letter of Undertaking or Local Order will be required. Balance payment must be settled 07 days prior to the check-in date. Otherwise, all bookings made would be automatically released. Any additional charges are to be settled in full either by cash or by credit card upon departure.

All corporate cheques payment can only be accepted up to 14 working days prior to the check-in date. Any cheque payment later than 14 working days prior to the check in date will be deemed invalid and individual participants will be asked for pre-payment of their individual accounts. Strictly no personal cheques are accepted.

Kindly provide a copy of the bank-in slip or receipt to the undersigned sales personnel for our reference if the payment was bank in via online transaction or ATM transaction.

Postponement Policy:

1) The client shall notify the hotel in writing of any postponement of the room reservation.

2) Postponed dates are subject to availability.

3) From seven (7) days prior to the arrival date or function date, the total amount of deposit paid will be credited to the postponed event date prior to management approval.

4) From three (3) days prior to the arrival date or function date, a penalty charge of an amount to 50% of the total estimated amount of the function and room reservation revenue will be imposed.

Cancellation Policy:

1) The client shall notify the hotel in writing of any cancellation of the room reservation.

2) From fourteen (14) days prior to the arrival date or function date, a penalty charge of an amount equal to 50% of the total estimated amount of the function and room reservation will be imposed.

3) From seven (7) days prior to the arrival date or function date, a penalty charge of an amount equal to 100% of the total estimated amount of the function and room reservation will be imposed.

No In-Room Party:

1) MH Hotel Ipoh enforces a “No In-Room Party Policy” to ensure the hotel is and maintained in a good condition and all guests are provided and ensure with a pleasant stay.

2) In the event of a disturbance, one warning will be given to reduce noise.

3) If this warning is not followed, the guest will forfeit all fees and must leave the hotel immediately.

Smoking Policy:

1) Smoking is strictly prohibited in the ballroom, function room, dining area, washrooms, lobby, designated non-smoking floor and any non-smoking labelled area in the hotel.

2) Smoking rooms and non-smoking rooms are subject to room availability and should be informed early as regards of the requirement of smoking rooms or non-smoking rooms.

Damages:

1) The client shall be responsible for any and all damages and breakages caused to the hotel’s property during the event by any of the client’s guests or delegates.

2) For if any damages and breakages occurred, the cost of rectification of any damages will be quoted by the Hotel’s management and the client or appointed person in charge will make the cost of rectification immediately after thorough checking by the hotel management.

Losses:

1) The Client acknowledges the Hotel cannot be responsible for the safekeeping of the Client’s, guests’ or delegates’ belongings, equipment, supplies, written material, merchandise or any other valuable items left in rooms or any other area of the hotel by the Client and the Client’s guests and delegates.

2) Accordingly, the Client acknowledges that it will be responsible to provide security of any such above mentioned items and hereby assumes the responsibility of loss thereof.

3) It is the responsibility of the client to notify the Client’s guest or delegates that no valuable items should be left in rooms or any other area of the hotel as a preventive measure.
